    Hello John

    I bought a replacement Top Slide for my Raglan 5" from lathes.co.uk but it turned out to be the wrong size.
    I crashed my original and am trying to find a replacement.
    If I took some pictures of the original and the replacement supplied along with some measurements, do you think there would be anything you could do to help - perhaps make a replacement, and how much do you think it would cost ?

      Do you still have the first top slide that you bought that turned out to be the wrong size? I am trying to get one for a Little John Mk 2 lathe.

    Hi , I have a little John lathe , and need some change gears for cutting DP worms. Is there any available now , or is there any information about the number of teeth in these gears and the set up to use?? Any help would be very gratefuly received.

    Hi JW,

    Is the back gear assembly shown suitable for a little john mark one lathe?
    Im assuming the tooth counts are 21 and 62 and the internal bore is around 28.4mm?

    If this is still available may I please ask how much it would cost including shipping within England.

    Good morning John, I have a Raglan 5" and looking for -
    Cross slide nut (5/8" 8tpi) and
    Compound nut (1/2" x 10)
    Tumble gears(fibre) 2 off (2"OD 26t)
    Steel gear that the tumble gears mesh with.
